March 5, 2015 - Introduction to Open Hearth Cooking

So, you have never cooked at the hearth but would like to give it a try? Or, do you just need a refresher in the basics? Then, this is the class for you! The class will be from 9:00 until 2:00 in the Chandler House. The cost of the class is $75.00. All food and equipment is provided. March 6, 2015 – Open Hearth Cooking with Historic Recipes 

Delve deeper into the cookbooks of the 19th century to cook up some tasty and historic dishes. Some experience at the hearth will be quite helpful. The class will be from 9:00-2:00 in the Chandler House. The cost of the class is $75.00. All food and equipment is provided. March 7, 2015 – Sharpening Your Hearth Cooking Skills 

Now that you have some experience with open hearth cooking, come and spend the day preparing all kinds of historic and modern recipes in the Chandler House from 9:00 until 4:00. The cost is $75.00 which covers the cost of all of the food and equipment.
